Founded on one mandate
eLMNOP Innovative Education and Research Pvt. Ltd. was founded in May 2013 with a simple mandate: bring high-quality, ICT-driven education to the schools India's education system reaches last. We conduct subject tutoring, e-learning, and value-based education programs, and run workshops that bring ICT into rural classrooms — both in person and online.
We believe digital literacy isn't a side project for Indian education policy — it's core to it. Everything we build is designed to bridge the digital divide between teaching communities that have access to technology and the ones that don't.
Our flagship program, the Global Classroom Initiative, was created for exactly this reason: to connect Indian schools — especially in rural India — to global experts through high-tech tools and strategic partnerships, building ICT skills and confidence in teachers and students alike.
What We've Built So Far
- E-learning programs
- Student development initiatives
- Teacher training curricula
- Girls and women empowerment programs
Each has been tested and refined inside real Indian schools and colleges — not designed in a boardroom and shipped in. That grounding is what let the Global Classroom Initiative grow into a recognized platform for global education.
